CAC Phantom Galleries
The Phantom Gallery project advances our mandate of the arts as a vehicle for the preservation, enhancement, and development of our culture. As well as giving more visibility, support, and recognition to amateur and established artists and art groups, the Phantom Gallery project raises awareness of, and appreciation for, the value of art. It fosters broader community support for the arts and improves the quality of life in Victoria’s downtown core. Its motto is to promote Beauty, Spirit and Culture at Downtown locations.
