The CACGV is a not-for-profit umbrella arts organization that promotes artists of all disciplines. We operate a downtown Gallery, Artist’s Corner at the Victoria Public Library and Phantom Galleries in downtown empty storefronts. We have an arts resource center and a membership base of over 900 people. We act as an advocate for arts and are active in many community arts events in Victoria, Esquimalt, Oak Bay, and Saanich. Office and Gallery hours: Monday – Friday 10-5, Every one is Welcome.

Saanich Arts, Culture and Heritage Advisory Committee supports arts and culture. Recreation Centres offer visual, performing, and literary arts programs. Exhibition space is available at Saanich Municipal Hall and Cedar Hill Recreation Centre.
